Important: We do not store full message content except as necessary for command logs, error logs, and operational purposes.

When you create a White-Label account, we collect:

2.2.2 Payment Information
When you subscribe to White-Label services, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. Stripe may collect:
- Payment card details
- Billing address
- Transaction history

For White-Label customers:
- We generate and securely store Discord bot tokens
- Tokens are accessible only to authorised EasyApps management personnel

- Bot avatar/logo
- Branding preferences
- Visual customisation settings

- Bot Tokens (White-Label): Retained while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of service termination

- Deletion may affect bot functionality
- Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes
- Operational logs necessary for system integrity may be retained in anonymised form

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:
- Discord: We interact with Discord's API to provide bot functionality. Discord's collection and use of data is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy
- Stripe: For White-Label payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Hosting providers: For secure server infrastructure
These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
