Discord Server Information​

When you add our bot to your Discord server, we may collect:

When you run /server_setup or configure the bot, we collect and store:

  • Server ID
  • Configuration settings you provide
  • Channel assignments
  • Role configurations
  • Any custom settings you specify

Application Data​

When you create and use application features, we collect:

  • Server ID
  • Log channel ID
  • Application name and configuration
  • Application templates and questions

When an application is submitted, we store:

  • Server ID
  • User ID (of the applicant)
  • Message ID
  • Application responses

Operational Logs​

We collect operational logs, including:

  • Command usage logs
  • Error logs and debugging information
  • Bot activity logs

  • Timestamps of bot interactions

2.2 Additional Information from White-Label Customers​

When you create a White-Label account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Account settings and preferences

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.

3. How We Use Your Information​

We use the collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Execute bot commands and features
  • Process application submissions and workflows
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Analyse usage patterns and trends

4. Data Storage and Retention​

All data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

  • Configuration Data: Retained while your bot remains active
  • Application Data: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
  • Operational Logs: Retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
  • Bot Tokens (White-Label): Deleted within 30 days of service termination
