# 1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EasyApps ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Discord bot services, including our Normal Bot and White-Label Bot hosting services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyApps. By adding our bot to your Discord server, creating an account, subscribing to our Service, or using any bot provided by EasyApps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


# 2. Eligibility

# 2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

# 2.2 Authority

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.


# 3. Service Description

EasyApps provides two distinct Discord bot services:

# 3.1 Normal Bot Service

  • Free-to-use Discord bot available to unlimited servers
  • Fully owned and operated by EasyApps
  • Shared instance accessible to all users
  • Standard branding and configuration
  • No subscription required

# 3.2 White-Label Bot Service

  • Paid subscription service providing dedicated bot instances
  • All bots are created, developed, and maintained by EasyApps
  • Clients may customise visual branding, including bot names, avatars, and logos
  • Clients may not modify, reverse-engineer, or access the underlying bot code
  • All bots share the same core software and functionality
  • Updates and improvements are rolled out automatically to all hosted bots

# 3.3 Bot Tokens (White-Label Only)

  • EasyApps generates and manages all Discord bot tokens for white-label bots
  • Clients do not provide their own bot tokens
  • Tokens are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised EasyApps management personnel

# 4. General Rules (Applicable to All Services)

The following rules apply to both Normal Bot and White-Label Bot services:

# 4.1 Compliance Requirements

You agree to:

  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

# 4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any of the following purposes:

  • Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's Terms of Service
  • Malicious Bots: Self-bots, raiding tools, harassment bots, spam bots, token loggers, or any bot designed to harm, harass, or deceive others
  • Adult Content: NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind
  • Harmful Activity: Disrupting EasyApps systems, attempting unauthorised access, or engaging in activity that exposes EasyApps to legal or reputational risk
  • Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or any form of abusive behaviour
  • Fraud: Impersonation, phishing, scamming, or deceptive practices

# 4.3 Enforcement

EasyApps reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Service for any Client who violates these acceptable use provisions, without prior notice and without refund (for White-Label customers).

# 4.4 Responsibility for Bot Actions

You are fully and solely responsible for:

  • All actions, behaviours, and content generated through your use of the Service
  • All interactions between the bot and Discord users in your servers
  • Any consequences resulting from bot configuration or usage

# 5. Normal Bot Service Terms

# 5.1 Free Service

The Normal Bot is provided free of charge. EasyApps reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Normal Bot service at any time without notice.

# 5.2 No Service Guarantees

As a free service, the Normal Bot is provided "as-is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or support. EasyApps makes no commitments regarding service levels for the Normal Bot.

# 5.3 Shared Service

The Normal Bot is a shared instance used by multiple servers simultaneously. You acknowledge that:

  • You have no exclusive rights to the bot
  • Service availability may be affected by overall usage
  • EasyApps may prioritise White-Label customers for support and service availability

# 5.4 Limited Support

Support for Normal Bot users is provided on a best-effort basis. EasyApps prioritises support for White-Label customers and may not respond to all Normal Bot support requests.

# 5.5 Data Collection

When using the Normal Bot:

  • No data is collected when the bot is initially added to your server
  • When you run /server_setup, we store the configuration data you provide, plus the server ID
  • When you create an application, we store application data (server ID, log channel, name, etc.)
  • When an application is submitted, we store the server ID, user ID, and message ID
  • Operational logs are collected for service maintenance and improvement

# 5.6 Termination

EasyApps may terminate your access to the Normal Bot at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service.


# 6. White-Label Bot Service Terms

# 6.1 Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and any other authentication information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

  • Notify EasyApps immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach
  • Take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account

EasyApps is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access to your account or bot resulting from your failure to maintain account security, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond our control.

# 6.2 Subscription and Billing

# 6.2.1 Subscription Plans

EasyApps operates on a subscription-based model for White-Label services.

# 6.2.2 Free Trial

New white-label clients are eligible for a 7-day free trial to evaluate the Service. No payment information is required during the trial period unless you choose to subscribe before the trial ends.

# 6.2.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions and authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

# 6.2.4 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed regularly according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual, as applicable). You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

# 6.2.5 No Refunds

Due to the availability of a free trial period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial subscription periods.

# 6.2.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be made
  • Access to the Service will terminate at the end of the paid period

# 6.2.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Service. You are responsible for updating your payment information and resolving any billing issues promptly.

# 6.3 Data Collection and Processing

# 6.3.1 Message Access

To function properly, white-label bots hosted by EasyApps require access to Discord messages in servers where they are deployed. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this access.

# 6.3.2 Data Processing

EasyApps may process Discord message content to operate, maintain, and improve the bots. This includes:

  • Reading messages to execute commands
  • Processing message content for bot functionality
  • Analysing usage patterns to enhance Service quality

# 6.3.3 Data Storage

When using the White-Label Bot service:

  • No data is collected when the bot is initially added to your server
  • When you run /server_setup, we store the configuration data you provide, plus the server ID
  • When you create an application, we store application data (server ID, log channel, name, etc.)
  • When an application is submitted, we store the server ID, user ID, and message ID
  • All operational logs are collected and stored

EasyApps does not store full message content except as necessary for:

  • Command logs
  • Error logs and debugging purposes
  • Operational and security monitoring

Logs may include partial message content necessary for troubleshooting and Service improvement.

# 6.3.4 Data Retention

Logs and data are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your bot data, logs, or associated tokens by contacting us at [email protected].

# 6.3.5 Privacy Commitment

EasyApps is committed to protecting your privacy and handling data responsibly. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law.

# 6.4 Service Availability and Uptime

# 6.4.1 Uptime Goal

EasyApps strives to maintain 99% uptime for all white-label hosted bots. However, this is a target goal and not a guaranteed service-level agreement (SLA).

# 6.4.2 Exclusions

The uptime goal excludes downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance when possible)
  • Discord platform outages or service disruptions
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government action, etc.)
  • Client misconfigurations or violations of these Terms
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control

# 6.4.3 No Liability for Downtime

EasyApps is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from Service downtime, interruptions, or unavailability.

# 6.5 White-Label Support

# 6.5.1 Technical Support

EasyApps provides free technical support to all white-label clients. Support includes:

  • Troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Guidance on bot configuration and setup
  • White-label branding assistance
  • General operational support

# 6.5.2 Contact

For support inquiries, contact us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests promptly, though response times are not guaranteed.

# 6.6 White-Label Customisation

You may customise the visual branding of your white-label bot, including:

  • Bot name
  • Bot avatar
  • Visual logos and branding elements

You may not:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or access the underlying bot code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or attributions
  • Claim ownership of EasyApps software or functionality

# 6.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyApps, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the White-Label Service
  • Your bot's actions or content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

# 7. Intellectual Property

# 7.1 EasyApps Ownership

All bot code, software, functionality, features, and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of EasyApps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

# 7.2 Client Content Rights

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party content, branding, or materials you incorporate into your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

# 7.3 Copyright Infringement

EasyApps respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws. If you believe that content hosted by EasyApps infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

EasyApps may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content at its discretion.


# 8. Updates and Modifications

# 8.1 Service Updates

EasyApps may release updates, patches, improvements, and new features at any time without prior notice. Updates may:

  • Modify bot functionality or features
  • Improve performance or security
  • Add or remove capabilities
  • Temporarily disrupt Service availability

# 8.2 Automatic Application

All updates are applied automatically and globally to all hosted bots, including white-label bots. You acknowledge that updates may affect your bot's operation and that you have no right to refuse or delay updates.

# 8.3 No Customisation

Bots are provided "as-is" with standard functionality. EasyApps does not accept requests for custom features, code modifications, or client-specific functionality.


# 9. Termination

# 9.1 Termination by Client

Normal Bot Users: You may stop using the Normal Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

White-Label Clients: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 6.2.6.

# 9.2 Termination by EasyApps

EasyApps may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service
  • Your bot or usage engages in prohibited, abusive, harmful, or illegal activity
  • You fail to maintain an active subscription (White-Label only)
  • Security concerns or operational issues arise
  • Your usage exposes EasyApps to legal or reputational risk
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued Service is not appropriate

# 9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Your bot will be disabled and removed from Discord (White-Label only)
  • Your bot token will be revoked (White-Label only)
  • You will lose access to all data, logs, and configurations
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period (White-Label only)

# 9.4 Survival

Sections relating to indemnification, disclaimers, liability limitations, intellectual property, and governing law will survive termination of these Terms.


# 10. Disclaimers and Warranties

# 10.1 "As-Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EASYAPPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

# 10.2 No Guarantee

EasyApps does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be available at all times without interruption
  • Errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service will be secure or free from viruses or harmful components

# 10.3 Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms, including Discord and Stripe (for White-Label). EasyApps is not responsible for any failures, outages, or issues caused by these third-party services.


# 11. Limitation of Liability

# 11.1 Exclusion of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or content
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Damages resulting from bot malfunctions or errors

# 11.2 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYAPPS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EASYAPPS IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. FOR NORMAL BOT USERS, EASYAPPS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED €1.53.

# 11.3 Essential Purpose

You acknowledge that this limitation of liability is an essential element of the agreement between you and EasyApps, and that EasyApps would not provide the Service without these limitations.


# 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

# 12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

# 12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norway. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

# 12.3 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.


# 13. Modifications to Terms

# 13.1 Right to Modify

EasyApps reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

# 13.2 Notice of Changes

We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice of any material changes to these Terms by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website (if applicable)
  • Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account (White-Label only)
  • Displaying a notice within the Service

# 13.3 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription (White-Label only).


# 14. General Provisions

# 14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyApps regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

# 14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

# 14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. EasyApps' failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

# 14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without EasyApps' prior written consent. EasyApps may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

# 14.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and EasyApps.

# 14.6 Force Majeure

EasyApps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labour disputes, or internet service provider issues.
