Terms of Service for EasyApps

1. Acceptance of Terms​

Welcome to EasyApps ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Discord bot services, including our Normal Bot and White-Label Bot hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility​

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Service Description​

3.1 Normal Bot Service​

  • Free-to-use Discord bot available to unlimited servers
  • Fully owned and operated by EasyApps
  • No subscription required

3.2 White-Label Bot Service​

  • Paid subscription service providing dedicated bot instances
  • All bots are created, developed, and maintained by EasyApps
  • Clients may customise visual branding (name, avatar, logo)
  • Clients may not modify, reverse-engineer, or access the underlying bot code

4. General Rules​

You agree to:

  • Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal activity
  • Malicious bots (self-bots, raiding tools, spam bots, token loggers)
  • Adult or NSFW content
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour
  • Fraud, phishing, or impersonation

5. Normal Bot Service Terms​

The Normal Bot is provided free of charge, "as-is," without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or support. EasyApps may modify, limit, or discontinue the Normal Bot at any time without notice.

6. White-Label Bot Service Terms​

Subscription and Billing​

  • New clients are eligible for a 7-day free trial
  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until end of billing cycle

Service Availability​

EasyApps strives to maintain 99% uptime for all white-label hosted bots. This is a target goal and not a guaranteed SLA. EasyApps is not liable for downtime caused by Discord outages, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

Customisation​

You may customise:

  • Bot name
  • Bot avatar
  • Visual logos and branding elements

You may not:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the underlying bot code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

7. Intellectual Property​

All bot code, software, functionality, and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of EasyApps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

8. Updates and Modifications​

EasyApps may release updates at any time without prior notice. All updates are applied automatically to all hosted bots. You have no right to refuse or delay updates.

9. Termination​

EasyApps may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or fail to maintain an active subscription (White-Label).

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • White-Label bots will be disabled and removed from Discord
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period

10. Disclaimers​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EASYAPPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. FOR NORMAL BOT USERS, EASYAPPS' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED €1.53.

12. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norway.

13. Modifications to Terms​

EasyApps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
